50th anniversary reunion 
In June 2009 we celebrated the Golden Jubilee Anniversary of the orchestra. A Fantastic achievement!
These were the arrangements for the Jubilee weekend.
Friday 26th June 2009
- 7:00 - 9:30 pm. Rehearsal at Grimsby Auditorium
- 9:30 - 11:00 pm. Socialising in Auditorium Bar area.
Saturday 27th June 2009
- 10:30 am – 4:00 pm. Rehearsal at Grimsby Auditorium
- 7:30 pm Concert.
The first half consisted of performances by each section of the orchestra. The second half was a special commission, composed and conducted by Professor Dr. Scott Stroman in honour of the occasion. - 9:30 - 11:30 pm. Social Gathering at Grimsby Auditorium.
Sunday 28th June 2009
- 11:00 am - early evening. Buffet lunch, socialising and ad hoc playing at the Oaklands Hotel, Laceby.
